what is an emo, by the waY?

Emo means aunt in Korean, not just any old aunt, but your mother's sister, who is considered the closest aunt to nephews and nieces in Korea. Emos are famous for being loving and generous, almost a "second Mom." Emo is also commonly used as a term of endearment to older women in Korea with whom younger people have a very friendly relationship, almost as close as a real aunt.
At Help Me Emo!, we apply this spirit to helping you during your stay in Korea.
